Here's our most commonly asked questions...

 

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

We are an artisan business so we don't hold stock on all items. Your order will be custom printed just for you. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be completed. Once dispatched, Royal Mail will usually deliver within 1-3 days. 

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £2.95 per order and added at the purchase point

 

Do you accept returns?

Because we custom print your order, we aren't able to offer refunds or exchanges.  Please check the size and fit guides carefully before placing your order.  If you have any questions prior to ordering, please get in touch. We are happy to help you with your purchase.

 

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with your order number so that we can investigate the issue and organise a refund or replacement. 

 

How do I know what size to choose?

Where relevant, our products are listed with both a size and a fit guide so you can be confident about placing an order. You can also check out our size guide for all styles here. If you are still not sure, feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to advise you.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We do recommend that you register for an account so that you can easily and quickly view updates and your order history.

 

Is my payment secure?

We take security very seriously. We use highly reputable third-party services for payment processing. We do not collect or store your payment card details. 
These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you realise that you have made an error, please contact us as soon as you can. Although we can't accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been processed, we will try to help you in any way we can.
